Michael Aiken is an experienced jury and court trial attorney who focuses on defending insurance carriers in first-party bad faith litigation. Michael also has extensive experience handling personal injury cases, products liability, medical malpractice, professional liability and premises liability cases.

Representing major insurance carriers, Michael handles matters in the defense of third-party claims against insureds and first-party claims against carriers. In the area of first-party bad faith defense, he has participated in the defense of cases arising out of uninsured motorist, property, disability and life insurance claims. Michael is also well seasoned in coverage and declaratory relief disputes.

In addition to insurance matters, Michael has extensive experience in litigation involving negligence, intentional torts and business related torts. This experience has been in both individual and consumer product liability cases, employment matters and professional malpractice matters.
