
Darlene McIver brings more than 25 years of diverse litigation experience to her trial practice. She represents clients in products liability, fire loss and subrogation, insurance coverage, construction law, personal injury, premises liability, elder abuse, medical malpractice, bad faith matters, and general civil liability. Handling matters in state and federal courts from inception through trial and appeal, Darlene’s current practice focuses on premises liability and bad faith litigation, and advising clients on first- and third-party insurance coverage.
Darlene has deposed and defended hundreds of expert and percipient witnesses, has written and argued all forms of pretrial and post-trial motions, and is particularly skilled in resolving disputes at mediations and settlement conferences. She has defended Uber and Uber drivers in personal injury/auto related claims, she has defended clients against alleged copyright infringement claims, and defended against allegations of excessive force at the USA/Mexico border. Darlene has represented pharmacists and pharmacies in investigations, accusations and statement of issues bought by the Board of Pharmacy.
